Mount Chimaera

Mount Chimaera is famous for its eternal flames, a natural phenomenon caused by vents spouting flames above the ruins of the temple of Hephaistos, located near Kemer, Antalya.

Hiking trails, picnic tables, and public restrooms are available for visitors. There are kid-friendly hiking routes.

Visitors especially enjoy the flames and scenery in the evening. You can bring marshmallows or sausages to cook over the fire. Climbing to the area can be a bit challenging, so it's important to be prepared.
