Alara Castle

Alara Castle is a Byzantine fortress ruin perched atop a steep, rocky hill in Alanya, Antalya. Access is possible by bus, car, or a challenging hike.

Visitors often enjoy exploring the tunnels, diverse flora and fauna, and impressive cliff views. It's recommended to bring a flashlight and wear sports shoes for comfortable walking on the rocky terrain. The castle view is particularly impressive at sunset.
